I design apps for consumer brands that people actually enjoy using. Every project starts with the customer: how they find you, where they get stuck, and what makes them come back.

 

From there I design intuitive app experiences built around those real behaviours, with onboarding, push notifications, emails and in-app messaging all working together as one joined-up journey. I work mainly with D2C brands, where a smooth app experience translates directly into loyalty and sales.
